We’re unique because we’re based in Manitoba – and all funds we raise stay in this province to help local children.

When you're a hockey kid, there's nothing quite like hearing from your heroes. 🏒

Dream Kid Payton has had a whole hockey community in her corner this year, and some pretty big names have been part of it.

Josh Morrissey hit the ice with Payton's team for a coaching session, sharing tips, teaching drills, and giving encouragement. A rink full of kids learning from a Winnipeg Jets defenseman, with Payton right in the middle of it all. ⛸️✨

Then came a surprise Payton will never forget: a special video message from hockey legend Marie-Philip Poulin. 📱 Press play to watch for yourself!

Payton's dad, Shaun, says it best: "She's one tough kid. I'm blown away by her resilience."

And Payton isn't slowing down. She's getting ready to step back on the ice this season, and she's already Dreaming about what comes next, including a trip to Europe someday soon! ✈️

Big news, Dreamers! 🎉 The BIG WIN 50/50 Raffle is officially here.

What happens when a Dream Kid designs her very own burger? Her whole hockey team shows up hungry. 🍔🏒

This summer, Dream Kid Payton stepped into the control room at Backdoor Burgers at the Fairmont and created her very own signature burger: Payton's Powerplay Burger! when it hit the menu, her teammates were first in line to try a burger made by Payton.

And the team didn't stop there. Payton's teammates came to The Dream Factory to decorate mini hockey sticks for this year's Josh Morrissey Classic, adding colour, creativity, and a whole lot of team spirit in every single one.

That's what teammates do. They show up - on the ice, and off. 🩵✨

"It's something to pick you up when you're down," Payton says. ☁️⚙️ Thanks to her friends, she's had plenty of those moments.

Ka-Chow! ⚡ Deadlifts for Dreams 8 raised over $45,000 for Dream Kids and their families this month! What a day it was in St. Malo. The bars were loaded, the crowd was cheering, and our community showed up with so much heart. ☁️

Dream Kid Beau and his family joined us, along with a handful of other Dream Kids, and Beau had the best seat in the house. He loves the movie Cars, so when Winnipeg Corvette Club rolled in with their hot rods, he was enamoured. And when Lightning McQueen himself pulled up in all his shiny red glory? Beau could hardly believe his eyes. 🏎️🏁

Alongside our returning lifters and some brand new faces, we were so proud to welcome a team of Special Olympics athletes, the LFT Legends! They were new to the Deadlifts community, but definitely not new to raising the bar. 💪 They brought the power, AND the fun - which is exactly what this day is all about.

A huge congratulations to our top fundraiser, Gord, who raised an incredible $6,720 and earned his spot of immortality on the Deadlifts for Dreams trophy. 🏆 And a big cheer for our top youth fundraiser, Lyla, who took home a special package of gift cards, goodies, and swag from McDonalds. 🍟

Thank you to Rodren Drilling, and all our incredible sponsors for making this day possible - and to every lifter, volunteer, and Dream Maker who made this day so full of wonder. ✨⚙️ Every rep, every donation, and every cheer helps put more Dreamers in the control room. We can't wait to see you all next year for Deadlifts for Dreams 9!

We are so overwhelmingly grateful for the amazing team at Access Credit Union, who raised an astounding $142,159.60 for Dream Kids at their charity golf tournament! ⛳✨ Access shared that this is the highest amount ever raised through their tournament, and we couldn't be prouder to be part of it.

We share a lot of stories about the magic Dream Kids experience: the Disney trips, the hero meetups, the favourite meals shared with family. Every one of those moments is possible because of a community that shows up, dreams big, and says yes. 🩵

Thank you to Access Credit Union and to every golfer, volunteer, sponsor, and donor who came together to make this day so wonderful. You are Dream Makers in every sense of the word!

We can't wait to see you on the course again next year! ☁️

When life hands you lemons, Avery and her friends make Dreams Come True! 🍋

With a pitcher, a table, and a big idea, Avery and her crew set up their very own lemonade stand and turned a sunny afternoon into something truly wonderful. By the time the last cup was poured, they had raised an incredible $750 for The Dream Factory. ☁️✨

There's something extra special about kids helping kids. Avery and her friends chose to spend their day making sure other kids across Manitoba get to spend theirs laughing, exploring, and just being kids.

Thank you, Avery - and friends - for squeezing so much joy into one little stand! 🤩
