Manitoba Alpine Ski Division The MASD is the governing body for all things ski racing in Manitoba. Welcome to the Manitoba Alpine Page, Please feel free to post any photo's from our events.

Check back any time for updates on the divisions' events and happenings. MASD is committed to developing ski racing in Manitoba through the Manitoba Alpine Ski Series, and the Manitoba Alpine Provincial Team. Throughout the winter season MASD schedules multiple Slalom, Giant Slalom, And super g, as well as skier cross events. Another winner this past weekend is our U12 category. Male & female competitors compete for the best total time to win our 7th annual Candy Cup. Just wanted to send a huge shout out to some of the volunteers that make our races a success. We have a very dedicated group of volunteers that start very early each day (and the night before) to make sure the course is safe by the time the rest of us arrive. A huge thank you to all of you! In addition, we all really appreciate the amazing Jen Kingdon for all of her yummy food! Always ensuring our volunteers are fed warm nutritious lunches on the coldest days. Day 2!! Another sunny day Another day of slalom. Congratulations to all of our winners today, but also big thanks to all of our parents who come out to cheer the athletes on and volunteer so that the race is successful. Tomorrow will be our Meridian Manitoba Cup Provincial Championships with our male and female Cup winners being awarded. Alpine skiing is done now for Phase 1 of the Manitoba Games. Congratulations to Sadie on winning her first gold medal 🥇 Thanks so much to the support staff that kept everyone happy, safe, and well fed. Thanks to Coach Bob for driving out a day early to help set everything up, and then keeping us all on track throughout. Day 1 is in the books. Congratulations to first time gold winner Aurora in our U14 category. Congratulations to our first time golds to both Noah & Chloe in our Overall category. We have arrived! All of our athletes made the bus trip yesterday and then got to put on their team uniforms for the opening ceremonies of the Manitoba Games! The course is set at Mystery Mountain for the racers to take on Parallel Slalom today. Two racers will compete and the fastest time moves forward. Good luck everyone
