in 2021, a development proposal the City of Winnipeg rejected the application based on a hydrogeological report that recommended minimum 5-acre lot sizes in our area to protect water quality.

Landmark Planning is back – and trying again to push through a proposal that would allow 23 lots, all under the 5-acre minimum, in a groundwater-sensitive zone
