We have been struggling to keep up while dealing with personal matters, so for that reason, we are taking an official pause and will not be assisting lost dogs at this time.

Please continue to share our graphics that contain valuable information. If the advice is followed, lost dogs have a much greater chance at being brought to safety.

Thank you all for the ongoing support. ❤️

Recently we received the most lovely request from a director of a childcare centre here in Winnipeg. They wanted our permission to do a fundraiser for a dog we had captured. Of course we said, yes please!

Not only did these kiddos reach their fundraising goal, they CRUSHED it! We are so proud of them and beyond grateful that they chose to help Jazzberry! ❤️

Everything raised was presented to our good friends at Manitoba Great Pyrenees this past weekend. Needless to say, Jazzberry clearly approves of her new toy and appreciates all the love shown towards her. 🐶❤️

Jazzy is available for adoption and would love to meet you! Please reach out to Manitoba Great Pyrenees Rescue if you would like to offer this sweet girl her forever home.

Thank you to Jennifer and all the kiddos at Dawn and Dusk Before and After Program School Program for their generosity and compassion towards animals in need. ❤️

Help find a home for Jazzberry!

Jazzberry is a gorgeous girl who we captured back in the summer. She was blessed to have been welcomed into the Manitoba Great Pyrenees Rescue where she continues to be today. Jazzberry loves it at Auntie Sonia’s, but she is ready to start her forever with a family who is ready to spoil her with all a dog should have. 🐶

Jazzberry is a happy and super sweet 1.5 year old. She loves people and she has the cutest happy wiggle when she's excited. Jazzy is a playful girl who has a best friend that is a squeaky chicken. She can carry it around all day long! 🐔❤️

Originally when she first came into rescue, Jazzy was a no go with other dogs, but with time, patience, and the right personality match, she's doing better with some!

If you are not looking to add a dog to your family, please share to help find Jazzy her happily ever after. ❤️

If you are interested in meeting Jazzberry, applications can be found here:

LEASH is seeking emergency fosters for stray dogs that we catch. LEASH dogs can be shut down, shy of humans, and remain a flight risk for an indefinite amount of time while they decompress and learn to trust humans again. Some dogs snap out of it quickly and become tail-wagging, kiss-giving lovebugs, but some require a little more patience and TLC.

While we love our friends at Winnipeg Animal Services, the shelter environment can be very stressful, which can hold some dogs back from making progress.

If you are someone who has some extra time and lots of love and patience to give, please message us so we can see if you would be a good candidate to foster a LEASH dog.
