Please welcome, Sierra Noble! The newest member of the S+T family and our new Development, Outreach and Communications Coordinator! Well, kind of new, they started in October but have been too shy to put their face on our socials ☺️

Sierra Noble (they/she) is a q***r, dynamically disabled, neurodivergent musician, songwriter, music producer, and student.

They are passionate about the arts and contributing toward making artistic industries more accessible and supportive for disabled artists and art lovers alike.

While new to the theatre world, they are excited to use their 20+ years of experience in the arts to expand the profile, outreach, and impact of the company, as well as of disabled artists and their work!

Ethan Stark is named as 2025 recipient of the Dan Augusta Promise Prize

Ethan Stark (He/Him) is a local theatre artist who loves “getting to work with the fascinating, different bubbles of Winnipeg artists and help out in whatever way they need.” He has worked with One Trunk Theatre, We Quit Theatre, Sick and Twisted, Art Holm, The Village Conservatory, and Young Lungs.

At his core, Ethan is a playwright and storyteller.

The promising project that this prize will support is his new script, Our Father, which he has also received support for from Teesri Dunya’s 2025 - 2026 Fireworks program. The play features a son who is longing
for his father’s approval, while exploring his identity, conformity, his relation to Christianity, and his need for community.

Ethan will be bringing Our Father to the 2026 Winnipeg Fringe Festival this July.

Congratulations, Ethan!
