Open to all ages and skill levels, we focus on fitness, confidence, discipline, and creating a safe, supportive space for everyone to train and grow.

No sign-up needed. This is an in-house challenge for our members.

✔️ Do your push-ups (in class or on your own)
✔️ Keep track of your total for the week
✔️ DM us your number every Friday

Each week, we’ll post the total push-ups completed by our members on the whiteboard and Instagram.
No names, just team pride.
