Morrow Early Learning & Child Development MACCPF is a proud contributor to the St. Vital community offering flexible care arrangements at 10 strategic locations.

Morrow Avenue Child Care Programs for Families (MACCPF) is an inclusive, non-profit program that exists to promote, advance and enrich the lives of children and families. We offer an assortment of programs suitable for infants to 12 year children as well as their families. We provide an inclusive, multicultural environment with services available to children of all abilities. Our staff are professional Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and Child Care Assistants (CCAs).
