Did you know Canadians are spending thousands of dollars each year on convenience fees and delivery charges?

At first, they seem harmless. Your $20 lunch becomes $28 to have it delivered, your groceries cost an extra $10 to be put at the foot of your door.

May 28th - Pat Porter Active Living Centre, 10 Chrysler Gate, Steinbach
May 29th - 7th Street Health Access Centre, 20 7th Street Brandon.

Please give us a call at 1-888-573-2383 to book your appointment with us in Steinbach or Brandon.

*Appointments are available between 10am - 3pm. You must book an appointment in order to meet with a counsellor.
