Mex Y Can Association of Manitoba Inc has a mission to promote and preserve Mexican culture and traditions while uniting the Mexican/Canadian community in Manitoba. was created on September 5, 2003 as an initative of a group of Mexicans to establish an organization that represents the Mexican culture in the Canadian province of Manitoba. Mex Y Can is incorporated as a non-profit organization, with
out any political or religious views. Its main goal is to bring together Mexicans and their families to promote activities that preserve their culture and traditions in Canada. Mex Y Can promueve y fomenta la cultura mexicana y sus tradiciones por medio de la organización de eventos de carácter social, cultural, artístico, académico y atlético en Manitoba.
