Red Eagle Bingo Committee is a volunteer committee created on August 9, 2018 and endorsed by Peguis First Nation Chief and Council. RED EAGLE BINGO COMMITTEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNUSED CARDS; IF YOU DO NOT PLAY THAT PARTICULAR GAME YOUR CARD IS VOID.
5. Players are responsible for their own bingo cards and to check booklets before leaving purchase area.
6. Regular Game Books will be sold
separately.
7. Management is not responsible for missing, lost, damaged pages after they have been purchased.
8. If there is a discrepancy, only the house bingo balls on the trays are considered correct.
9. It is the player’s responsibility to call in a potential “BINGO” IMMEDIATELY (204) 645-2359 and to stop play.
10. Red Eagle Bingo Committee will not be responsible for Internet or phone connections during bingo event or when calling in to verify a bingo.
11. Facebook Live is the primary medium utilized for this bingo. Country Rock Radio will be broadcasting the Facebook Live feed as a supplementary resource. It is recognized there can be up to a 15 second delay.
12. After potential winner(s) is/are determined, an additional five minutes will be allowed to adjust for time delay after each game. Games will close once we determine the first winner.
13. WINNERS DETERMINED BY THE LEAST AMOUNT OF NUMBERS CALLED FOR EACH GAME.
14. Decision of Bingo Management is final in all games.
15. Complaints or disputes should be directed to Bingo Management. Any problems with the decision of Bingo Management can be directed to the Director of Gaming.
16. Bingo Paper must not be cut or altered in any way and must be marked clearly with dabber or highlighter.
17. In the event of multiple winners, the prize will be divided equally with a minimum of $5.00 payout.
18. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
19. House reserves the right to postpone bingo game due to force majeure (unforeseen circumstances).
20. In the event of an error in advertising, the management’s posted payout notice of any game will overrule.
21. All bingo staff, which includes management and bingo caller, is not allowed to play bingo during their shifts.
22. Red Eagle Bingo Committee reserves the right to pay any or all prizes by cheque, electronic funds transfer, or bank deposit.
23. Red Eagle Bingo Committee will not be responsible for private arrangements between Player and Non-Player. For example, “HALFERS”, “SPONSORING”,”50/50”, etc.
24. Red Eagle Bingo Committee is not responsible for third party distribution of bingo cards or sales, such as raffles or draws.
25. Red Eagle Bingo Committee will not tolerate any abuse or harassment of bingo staff, sales reps or management.
