Sistema Winnipeg Sistema Winnipeg encourages children to inspire greater social change through musical education.

Based on the revolutionary El Sistema program in Venezuela, the goal of Sistema Winnipeg is to inspire children and youth through music, and to have a positive impact on their lives and society as a whole. Sistema Winnipeg is a free, daily after-school program that will inspire children to strive to meet her/his potential. Children will learn how to play an instrument and experience the joy of being part of an orchestra.
