We're Hiring: Career Counsellor 💼

Do you love helping people find clarity, confidence, and direction in their career path? OVRC is looking for a passionate, client-focused Career Counsellor to join our team.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys walking alongside people as they navigate career transitions, identify their strengths, and build a plan that actually fits who they are.

What you'll do:
✔ Guide clients through career assessments and career exploration
✔ Help clients identify their skills, values, and goals
✔ Build individualized action plans for employment success
✔ Support clients through barriers, with real labour market knowledge

What we're looking for:
✔ 2+ years of career or employment counselling experience
✔ A related certificate or post-secondary education (Career Development, Social Services, HR, Psychology, or similar)
✔ Strong understanding of the Winnipeg/Manitoba labour market
✔ Someone who listens well and builds trust easily with people from all backgrounds

Part-time, permanent position based in Winnipeg, MB.
