Recycle Everywhere Recycle Everywhere educates Manitobans on beverage container recycling and awareness

Recycle Everywhere is a new beverage container recycling program that was launched on April 1, 2010. The program was created under the Canadian Beverage Container Recycling Association (CBCRA) for the purpose of getting people to Recycle Everywhere -- not just at home. Manitoba is the first province in Canada to implement this type of permanent away-from home recycling program. This is a very exciting time for Manitoba because all of Canada will be watching Manitobans as they Recycle Everywhere.

Our Iconic Bins Are Everywhere!

Just beyond the Cathedral grounds, the sweeping white spire of the Esplanade Riel pedestrian bridge rises over the Red River, linking Old St. Boniface to downtown and offering a breathtaking view of the city.

Visitors crossing the bridge also encounter Recycle Everywhere bins, ensuring that this modern icon remains a welcoming space. Just as the bridge ties two halves of the city together, recycling ties Manitobans together in a shared commitment to care for the places that define us.

There are over 85,000 Recycle Everywhere blue bins across Manitoba, so that wherever you are—You Drink It. You Bin It.

Our Iconic Bins Are Everywhere!

On the western shore of Lake Winnipeg, Gimli, Manitoba blends small-town charm with a vibrant cultural scene.

Our work here is part of a larger province-wide presence. Each year, dedicated teams of Recycle Everywhere brand ambassadors attend hundreds of events across Manitoba’s communities - praising progress, educating festival-goers,
and offering simple reminders to recycle. To make it easy for everyone, we provide temporary bins to events of all sizes at no cost, ensuring that recycling is always accessible wherever Manitobans gather.

In Gimli, as across the province, recycling is not an add-on but part of the visitor experience itself.

Our Iconic Bins Are Everywhere!

Soaring above the Winnipeg skyline, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights is a symbol of hope and dialogue - and a destination for hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.

Alongside this landmark sits The Forks, where the Red and Assiniboine Rivers meet
and where history, culture, and commerce converge.

Together, these two spaces represent Manitoba at its most welcoming and dynamic. Here, as at countless public sites across the province, Recycle Everywhere bins stand ready, reminding visitors that sustainability and human responsibility go hand in hand.

Our Iconic Bins Are Everywhere!

From the granite ridges of the Whiteshell region to the sandy beaches of Grand Beach and the northern wilderness of Clearwater Lake, Manitoba’s provincial parks and campgrounds are some of the province’s most treasured destinations.

Every year, thousands of Manitobans and visitors camp, swim, hike, cycle, paddle, ski, and gather. In addition to the ubiquitous bright blue bins, Recycle Everywhere has gifted nearly 200,000 collapsible, portable bin bags so that visitors, campers
and cottagers can enjoy the outdoors while practicing conservation and helping keep our natural landscapes clean for generations to come.
