Youth for Christ Winnipeg Motivated by our faith, we believe that transformed youth have the opportunity to transform communities, our country, and the world.

We engage and equip youth to know and follow Jesus. We see the hope and potential in every young person, and believe all young people need:

• Ongoing relationships with caring adults
• Safe places with structured activities during non-school hours
• To be equipped with marketable skills
• Opportunities to give back through community service
• Encouragement to nurture a healthy, grace-based spirituality

For over 65 years, YFC has been a leader of innovation and excellence in positive youth development. As a Christian non-profit charity, YFC exists to help young people attain their full life potential. YFC is not a church, but we do work with churches, schools and other youth serving agencies to meet the needs of teenagers. Our passion is to combine healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices and establish a solid foundation for life.

Volunteers Needed– Join Our Work Force Program!

We’re looking for passionate volunteers who want to make a real difference in our community! Our Work Force Program helps individuals build skills, gain confidence, and connect with meaningful employment opportunities — and we need your help creating a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Whether you have a few hours a week or can help occasionally, your time and experience can have a lasting impact. Only requirements, that you love Jesus and you have a willingness to love and serve youth.
