Happy National Doughnut Day! Join us as we honour the brave "Doughnut Lassies" of The Salvation Army who served fresh doughnuts to soldiers on the front lines during the First World War.

Today, the doughnut symbolizes our continued commitment to bringing hope and support to those in need across Canada and Bermuda. We've teamed up with Megan Warne from Downtown Dough T.O. for a fun tutorial on decorating sweet treats.

Let's show kindness by sharing doughnuts with our everyday heroes.

🍩 National Doughnut Day is tomorrow — and it’s about more than sweet treats. This day has real history and heart behind it. National Doughnut Day traces back to the Salvation Army “Doughnut Lassies,” who served freshly made doughnuts on the frontlines during the WWI as a symbol of comfort, care, and community.
Today, that tradition continues — reminding us that small acts of kindness can go a long way in supporting those on the front lines.
