Winnipeg Bulb Project The Winnipeg Bulb Project is committed to inspiring and facilitating civic pride and taking an active part in making the city of Winnipeg beautiful.

Every dollar donated provides flower bulbs to worthwhile organizations in the government of Manitoba's "Designated Neighbourhoods of Winnipeg", such as Barber House senior's centre in Point Douglas, Polson Elementary School in Elmwood, the West Broadway Community Organization or the Spence Neighbourhood Association.
