We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Full-Time | Part-Time | Casual

Do you have a heart to serve, a passion for organization, and an interest in working in the operations side of ministry?
International Worship Centre is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is an opportunity to support ministry operations behind the scenes and help create an environment where lives can be impacted for God’s Kingdom.

We are currently accepting applicants for full-time, part-time, or casual opportunities, making this a great fit for individuals with different availability.

Salary Range: $18.23/hour to $28.28/hour, based on qualifications and experience

We invite all volunteers to participate in our Plan to Protect training sessions held at 1077 St. James Street. This important training helps ensure that our church remains a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for everyone, especially children, youth, and vulnerable individuals.

Whether you are a new volunteer who has not yet completed the Plan to Protect training, or a returning volunteer who needs to fulfill the annual refresher requirement, we encourage you to attend one of these sessions. The training provides valuable information on safety practices, appropriate boundaries, abuse prevention, reporting procedures, and our church's commitment to protecting those in our care.

Your participation is an essential part of serving in ministry and helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and accountability. Thank you for your commitment to serving our church community. We look forward to seeing you at the training session.
