Meet the maintenance team here at the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre that keeps the place running and looking good, the Facility Manager, Victor and his team, Rob, Mark, and Ethan.

They do it all from yard work to fixes. If something breaks, they make it better and are an integral part of bringing the Centre’s goals a reality.

It’s the team that doesn’t get enough credit. From behind the scenes, we’re grateful for their incredible work.

Because we all have a role here at the Centre in supporting recovery.

From participants to staff, their recovery journeys have come full circle!

Meet Graham, Recovery Services Supervisor, alongside Recovery Support Workers Jonas and Dwayne.

All three are proud alumni of Bruce Oake Recovery Centre who have returned to help others on their own journeys to recovery.

Their lived experiences bring a unique perspective to the work they do every day, offering, understanding, and hope to the participants they support.

We’re proud to have them as part of the team and grateful for their continued commitment to helping others find their path to recovery.
