Some news that made our whole team smile.

The Never Alone Cancer Foundation has been awarded an $8,000 grant from the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba Endowment Fund, in support of our Women's Cancer Recovery and Caregiver Support Program.

Every day in Manitoba, women receive a cancer diagnosis and quietly begin carrying so much more than the illness itself. The physical recovery. The financial pressure. The weight of still showing up for everyone else. This grant means we can be there for more of those women, with the practical support and the human connection that makes a real difference in how they get through it.

The Women's Endowment Fund was built on the belief in women helping women. We see that same belief in everything we do, and it means the world to us to have partners who share it.

A huge congratulations to Murdoch MacKay Collegiate for being our top fundraising school at the 2026 Manitoba School Dragon Boat Challenge! 🐉

This incredible group raised $1,781 — absolutely crushing their fundraising goal and leading the pack among all participating schools.

It was truly inspiring to meet such motivated students working together to support people in their communities. We loved dropping off their well-earned pizza party and can’t thank them enough for their efforts.

Looking forward to seeing all our Manitoba schools back on the water next May!

Thursday reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

A Beaver Bus filled with cancer patients and their loved ones made their way to Trail End Camp for a full day of fishing, shore lunch, and unforgettable memories.

The energy on the bus, the excitement on the water, and the hugs that said more than words ever could were special.

Thank you to everyone who made this day possible. The Trail End staff, volunteers, guides, organizing committee, and everyone in between. THANK YOU.
