a) To engage and mobilize multicultural youth and young professionals in their respective communities and encourage a sense of pride, community spirit and unity. b) To provide opportunities for members to share their gifts and talents with the community-at-large. c) To encourage participation of youth and young professionals in the pursuit of their individual goals. d) To foster collaboration with members of various community groups.
