MCCC was established in January 2011 as a non-Profit organization registered under the Manitoba Government, committed to helping and improving the living standards of Chinese youth and adults. Our Mission
To provide services, activities, programs and assistance to improve the quality of life for Chinese students and immigrants. Our Vision
To meet the needs of local Chinese community by providing

valuable information, services and programs. Our Goal
To provide the means by which our members can participate in self-enhancing activities and make positive changes in their life.
