We’re starting our Equipment Spotlight series by highlighting the Power Plate. It is a piece of equipment used at First Steps Wellness Centre to support clients in their rehabilitation journey.

💙 Throwback to Activity-Based Therapy at First Steps Wellness Centre!
Take a look back at some of the incredible work happening in our rehabilitation space. Where clients worked alongside dedicated therapists using specialized equipment and Activity-Based Therapy (ABT) to support movement, strength and independence. 🧠💪🏾
At First Steps Wellness Centre of Manitoba, ABT is designed to help individuals living with spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions improve motor function, independence and overall quality of life.
These moments are a reminder of what is possible when clients, therapists and community come together. ❤️
We are working to bring this important rehabilitation space back to the community, but we need your help.
