DSPs are the people who show up with patience, compassion, creativity, humour, and dedication. They support individuals in reaching their goals, building independence, trying new things, being part of their communities, and living life to the fullest.
It’s the big moments, the small victories, the challenging days, the celebrations, the laughter, and everything in between that make this work so meaningful. ❤️

Behind every accomplishment is often a DSP who encouraged, supported, advocated, listened, celebrated, and believed.
