MITT Staff for Union (CUPE) is a group of MITT employees with the goal of enhancing our workplace, some of our common goals are: work life/balance, job security, structured pay scale, group benefits, job descriptions and employer accountability. We want a union in place so that we can spend less time worrying about our workplace and working conditions, and more time on teaching, serving students a

nd doing our jobs. This is a volunteer group of staff that in no way represents our employer, MITT. The views and ideas expressed here are our own, and our lawful efforts to join a union are protected under "The Labour Relations Act of Manitoba”.
