ANNONCE DE PROJET | INVESTIR DANS LA SANTÉ DES COMMUNAUTÉS À L’EST DE LA RDC

Ensemble pour un Monde Fort Inc. est fier d’annoncer le lancement du Projet de sensibilisation à la santé et à la prévention des maladies transmissibles, qui débutera le 1er novembre 2026 dans l’est de la République démocratique du Congo (RDC).

Pendant une année, ce projet visera à renforcer les connaissances en matière de santé, à promouvoir la prévention des maladies transmissibles et à donner aux communautés les moyens de prendre des décisions éclairées pour protéger leur santé et celle de leurs proches.

L’accès à une information fiable en matière de santé est essentiel pour prévenir les maladies et bâtir des communautés plus résilientes. À travers cette initiative, nous souhaitons contribuer à un avenir plus sain en renforçant la sensibilisation et en encourageant l’adoption de pratiques préventives au sein des communautés.

Nous exprimons notre sincère gratitude à MCIC MCIC et au gouvernement du Manitoba Manitoba Government pour leur soutien financier dans le cadre du programme MGMGP. Cet appui contribue à rendre possible cette initiative communautaire et à renforcer les efforts visant à améliorer la santé et le bien-être des populations de l’est de la RDC.

Ensemble, transformons la sensibilisation en actions concrètes pour bâtir des communautés plus saines, plus sûres et plus fortes.

PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT | INVESTING IN COMMUNITY HEALTH IN EASTERN DR CONGO

Together for a Strong World Inc. is proud to announce the launch of the Health Awareness Against Transmissible Diseases Project, beginning November 1, 2026, in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Over the next 12 months, this initiative will work to raise health awareness, promote disease prevention, and empower communities with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and protect their health.

Access to reliable health information is essential to preventing diseases and building resilient communities. Through this project, we aim to contribute to a healthier future by strengthening awareness and encouraging preventive health practices at the community level.

We extend our sincere gratitude to MCIC MCIC and the Government of Manitoba Manitoba Government for their financial support through MGMGP funds. Your support helps make community-based health initiatives possible and strengthens efforts to improve well-being in Eastern DR Congo.

Together, we can turn awareness into action and help build healthier, safer, and stronger communities.

Our winter clothing assistance program will be open to the public starting October 15, 2026.

If you or your family need winter clothing, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We look forward to welcoming you, helping you prepare for the winter season, and sharing information about our other services.

Yesterday, we did something different at Together for a Strong World Inc. ❤️

Together Night brought community members together, especially newcomers who are experiencing their first Canadian winter. It was an evening of sharing important information on how to stay warm and safe during the winter season, enjoying a movie, sharing food, and building connections within our community.

This event would not have been possible without the generous support of Winnipeg Foundation Winnipeg Foundation . We are truly grateful for their continued support, which allows us to strengthen our community services and provide support in both of Canada’s official languages.

A special thank you to our friend Muhammad from Seven Oaks Immigrant Services for joining us and sharing this evening with our community. 🤝

Cooperation Canada promotes greater transparency and understanding of Canada’s international development efforts through its Atlas platform, which provides information on international projects and investments.

I encourage everyone interested in international development, global cooperation, and Canada’s role in the world to explore the Atlas platform and learn more about where and how investments are supporting communities around the world.

🎓 Supporting Young Leaders, Investing in the Future!

We are excited to share that one of our youth volunteers is starting her first year of university this September! 📚🎓

As a young person who has dedicated her time to supporting other young people and contributing to the work of our organization, we wanted to support her academic journey by providing her with a computer to help her succeed in her studies. 💻

We are also deeply grateful to another community member who chose to support her by donating a printer. 🖨️ Your generosity is a beautiful example of how a community can come together to support young people.

We are truly honoured to have young people like her contributing their time and talents to local charities. Last year alone, she volunteered with local hospitals and other charitable organizations. She is also an alumna of the Youth in Philanthropy 2025–2026 program, led by Winnipeg Foundation. Winnipeg Foundation

Every young person deserves a place where they can thrive, discover their potential, and put their talents into practice. This is why our organization is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for young people and community members.
