ITS GETTING CLOSE !!

The Pumpkin Promise 2025 is getting ready for what we hope is another great year for raising founds and awareness for CancerCare Manitoba Foundation in memory of my mother and many more we lost just this year!

Again it was great that my good friend Dwight Bergen made his way down from Dryden Ont to be a part of this years event ! I saved the 800 lb pumpkin on Warde Ave next to my sign for him to carve ! This alone means the world to me as he is fighting his own battle with cancer .

NOTE FIREWORKS are at 7:45pm and hopefully this weather works out!! The show is just down the street from the main event ( 39 Baisinger St ) that’s where the Pumpkin Promise is set up.

Still have some fishing raffle tickets left if anyone wishes to purchase. Draw is tonight at 8pm in my driveway.

Good evening everyone! Did everyone survive that week??

Just a little update on The Pumpkin Promise 2025 . The crew is ready as the pumpkins are coming home on Thursday to get lifted into place! Donations are coming in nicely and I can’t say thank you enough to you all .

Also if anyone didn’t know or see the post telling about the raffle I’m doing for a fishing trip for next summer ( 2026 ) . The package was donated from Brad the owner of Lac Seul's Reel Inn. Now if anyone knows myself they have heard about the fishing on Lac Suel . It’s absolutely amazing!! Please let me know if you are interested and good luck !!
