Canadian Association for Bangladesh Development - CABD Canadian Association for Bangladesh Development Manitoba Chapter (CABD), Inc. is a registered Canadian Charitable Organization. It was established in 2004.

Mission of CABD: To relieve poverty and improve living conditions for peoples in Bangladesh. Objective:

Sponsor and engage with projects focusing on:
•Providing basic education for adults and children in literacy, math, health and hygiene and other life skills
•Providing education and training healthcare professionals, teachers engineers and other professions to allow them to better perform in t

heir fields.
•Provide schools and similar institutions with medical equipment and computers and other related equipment in
•Provide technical assistance and advice to hospitals, schools, and similar institutions.
•Establish collaboration with other organizations/institutions and participate in charitable activities in line with the objectives of the Corporation. Our amazing team of directors are committed to helping others. Current Board of Directors are:

✨ A heartfelt THANK YOU to Metador Ballpen Industries for their generous donation of pens, pencils, and sharpeners for our school children! ✨

Since 2021, Metador has stood beside us, providing these essential supplies year after year to support children’s education. This initiative is funded by CABD and coordinated by Rupantor Shamajik Unnayan Sangstha (RSUS), who are also manufacturing and distributing writing books alongside these materials—helping children write, learn, and grow with confidence. 📚✏️

This distribution is part of our Health and Environment Awareness Program, where seminars are also presented for children and their parents to build knowledge, responsibility, and self-reliance. 🌱👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
