Connecting Through Horses

Connecting Through Horses is a non-profit organization that aims to connect people with the many physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health benefits of horse programming. Research has shown the many benefits that can be gained through an equestrian experience, including helping veterans cope with posttraumatic stress disorder and improving the physical limitations of children with cerebral palsy.

Everyone deserves an opportunity to benefit from these valuable programs.

It is our objective to make these programs more accessible to people in at-risk and other often overlooked demographics (children, women, indigenous peoples, persons with physical and/or mental health challenges and veterans to list a few) so they too can gain from its numerous positive and enriching benefits.
