FESTIVAL UPDATE!

The Muskrat Festival meeting originally scheduled for September 29th has been cancelled as some exciting changes are underway!

We’re happy to announce that a new organizing committee has taken the reins and is working on a fresh new chapter for Wingham’s summer festival.

The festival will be getting a new name, a new look, and a new weekend — moving to Canada Day weekend! 🇨🇦

📅 Save the dates: July 1–3, 2027

We’re working hard behind the scenes to bring Wingham an incredible weekend filled with community, entertainment, and fun for all ages.

More details — including our new festival name — will be announced soon!

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Muskrat Festival over the years. We’re excited to build on that history and bring something new to Wingham.

More updates to come!

Happy Friday! We would like to bring an update about this years festival. We are a small, but mighty committee, and sometimes life happens. Due to circumstances, beyond our control, we are unable to hold the Festival this year. We looked at several different options to bring something to you, but the timing just couldn't be worked out where we could still hold a successful event. On a brighter note, we are already planning next years event, so please save the date June 11-13th 2027
