The Winfield & District Agricultural Society, with support from the County of Wetaskiwin and Wetaskiwin County FCSS, would like to invite our members, families and community volunteers to join us for an evening of appreciation and a great meal!

Winfield Ag Society Members & Families
Our Ag Society events are very much a family effort, and we know that spouses, children and other immediate family members often put in just as many hours helping behind the scenes.
Ag Society members and their immediate families are invited to attend.
Please register your entire family as soon as possible and include the total number attending. We need to confirm our Ag Society numbers first so we know how many additional community volunteer spaces we are able to offer.
Community Volunteers
We would also love to recognize members of our community who have volunteered their time to support the Winfield & District Agricultural Society, our events, facilities or programs. Community volunteer registrations are limited to a maximum of two people per submission.
As part of your registration, please tell us a little about your volunteer involvement with the Winfield Ag Society — what you have helped with, how you have contributed, or what volunteering in our community means to you.
Submitting this form does not guarantee a seat. Space is limited to 100 guests, and community volunteer registrations will be confirmed once Ag Society member and family numbers have been finalized.
Please wait to receive confirmation from the Winfield & District Agricultural Society before considering your attendance confirmed. We will contact you no later than September 9th, with a yes or no.

This is a FREE Volunteer Appreciation Supper, made possible with funding provided by the County of Wetaskiwin and Wetaskiwin County FCSS.
There is no cost to attend; however, advance registration is required. Please register as early as possible so we can provide our caterer with accurate numbers, properly plan for the evening, and make the best use of the funding provided.
If your plans change after registering, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our numbers or offer your space to another volunteer.
