🌦️ Rain or shine—WE HIKE! 🌦️ 🌞

Join us for the Hike for Valley Hospice & Palliative Care and help support compassionate care in our community. However the skies look, we’ll be out there together—so dress for the weather and come ready to enjoy the day.

If the forecast leaves you feeling a bit soggy and you don't want the wind to blow you away, please come to the Coldbrook & District Lions Club anyway -- drop off any donations you may have, enter the door prize draw, and stay for some music and conversation!

What to expect:
🍔 Check-in + BBQ + live music starting at 1:00 PM
🥾 Hike begins at 2:00 PM
☔ Rain or shine — layers, comfy footwear, and a rain jacket and/or umbrella are your best friends!

If you are caring for someone who is seriously ill or nearing the end of their life, rest can feel impossible. There is always something to do, something to watch for, something that might change.

Caregiving is emotional, mental, and deeply human work. It takes a toll, even when done with love.

You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to accept or ask for help.
You are allowed to care for yourself, too.
