🚧🔧 GIRLS Explore Skilled Trades & Technology This Summer! 🔧🚧

WEST, in partnership with Skills Ontario and St. Clair College, is excited to offer a FREE all-girls Trades & Tech Summer Camp!

📅 August 24–28, 2026
🕘 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily
📍 St. Clair College, Windsor

Participants will enjoy hands-on activities, interactive games, and exciting career exploration in skilled trades and technology fields including construction, industrial, motive power, services, and technology sectors.

✨ Learn new skills
✨ Explore future careers
✨ Meet industry professionals
✨ Have fun with other girls interested in trades and technology

This camp is designed for youth entering Grades 7–9 in the upcoming school year.

The biggest attended chapter meeting of the year is March 25th with MTO!

You must pre-register by March 19th. Registration is FREE, includes meet and greet, MTO presentation, and lunch with a live demo to follow.

Mark March 25 in your calendar to attend the Windsor Chapter MTO meeting and lunch. Please dress for the weather, as we will be doing demonstrations on trucks and trailers.

Grades 7–12 students and families are invited to the Express to the Trades Skilled Trades Expo on Wednesday, February 11, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the WFCU Centre in Windsor!

This interactive event gives students a chance to explore skilled trades careers, connect with industry professionals, and learn about apprenticeship pathways, earning potential, and hands-on opportunities available right here in our community.

Each registered student receives:

➡ Event admission plus two additional tickets for family members (includes a Windsor Express game)
➡ A student food voucher
➡ A swag bag filled with information and merchandise
