In 1975 the Windsor Community Choir was formed as part the Board of Education's adult education program under the direction of Prof. A few years later the choir was offered as a performance credit for non-voice majors at the University of Windsor until 2019. For the past 48 years we have performed two concerts a year, at Christmas and in the Spring, as well as performing as part of the Festival of
Chorus' and Yom Hashoah at Shaar Hashomayim. Our directors over the last 48 years have included Prof. Richard Householder, Prof. Stephen Henrickson, Edward Kingins, for 23 years, Dr. Joel Tranquilla, Erin Armstrong and now Dr. Brianna DeSantis.
