To empower young ambitious individuals and encourage them to take on leadership roles while raising awareness to the inequalities that exists between men and women in a professional environment

- Showcase your skills development and gain skills to future employers and graduate schools on your Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT)
- Build relationships with professors at the University
- Network with influential community leaders
- Help raise awareness of the inequalities women face on campus, in the local community and around the world; while fighting for change
- Most importantly: Have fun and empower each other to make a difference
