A mourning 🕊️was hanging out on my porch to greet me as I started my day. I am always reminded of how the Holy Spirit descended like a dove upon while He was being baptized. The Holy Spirit isn’t a dove but I believe He has dove like tendencies. 🙏🏽🕊️🔥🦅

I was just meditating on how kind and good the Lord is. He overwhelms me sometimes and I feel like the prophet Isaiah when he said, “Woe is me, for I am undone!”

About ten minutes ago I started to play this song, “Jesus Be the Name” and began worshipping Him and really thinking about what I was saying to Him. I suddenly felt His presence enter into my living room and I had that “undone feeling” in which I couldn’t do anything but just weep and stand still in His presence with my hands cupping my face. The prophet Isiah said, “I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The Lord of hosts.”

He felt his sinfulness in the presence of the King of all kings. God IS so holy. Sometimes in the busyness of life and work I admit that I can miss it and forget just how Holy He is. I am reminded this evening that God IS Holy and wants to commune with us in the state(s) He finds us in.

He is so greater than anything or anyone I’ve ever met.

I want to encourage you to take moments to be still before Him. When you feel His tangible presence, don’t speak, don’t pray, just be still…

Didn’t the Lord tell us to “Be still and know that I Am God”?

He ministers to you in that stillness...

The is not the vine, Jesus is! If you stay connected to a minister and he falls or breaks away from the vine then you do too!! Remember that he is merely a branch. Stay connected to the true vine - Jesus Christ - the greatest Pastor the world has ever seen!
