Sandi Oszter dedicated his life to investing in the lives of young people. As a youth pastor, he spent countless hours listening and putting time in people. He respected individuals regardless of their age, situation or life choices and tried to help them learn to respect themselves. His life was cut short at 47 but his legacy carries on with this center. At SOAR we can only hope to continue to fo

ster what he lived on a day to day basis. We offer more than just a fun time out but a resource center for those who need it, a place to hang out and a great venue for youth groups.
