Amherstburg, this one's for you! 💙

A reminder that we are hosting workshops at the Amherstburg Community Service Office. These sessions are designed to support your well-being, build skills, and connect you with helpful resources in a welcoming, community-focused space.

This particular workshop offers a supportive space for community members to better understand grief and loss. Participants will explore the many ways grief can be experienced, recognize emotional and physical responses, and learn gentle, practical strategies for coping. With a focus on compassion, connection, and self-care, this session encourages individuals to move through grief at their own pace while feeling less alone.
