Transition to Betterness (T2B) T2B relies on the community to operate 17 programs. We value working in partnership with the cirlce of care.

Transition to Betterness (T2B) is dedicated to providing comfort care to patients and their families impacted by a life-altering illness in our local area hospitals in Windsor and Essex County. Values, Mission, and Vision

Transition to Betterness (T2B) core values guide our decisions and actions and reflect our beliefs in:

Partnerships: We recognize people experiencing cancer and other diseases are surrounded by a circle of care that includes family, friends, physicians, volunteers and health care providers. Comfort: We are focused on making possible the supports people and families need to be comfortable and this is what distinguishes the work of t2B

Accountability: We are accountable to each other, our donors and all our partners and will share information to maintain your trust in us. Join us this Sunday, October 18, at Prime Time Pickleball for T2B’s Charity Pickleball Tournament!

All skill levels are welcome, with intermediate and advanced divisions available. Teams of two can play in any gender combination, and registration is $150 per team. No fundraising minimum is required, but pledges are always appreciated!

Through T2B’s Holiday Meal Program, patients and families are offered a warm meal during the holidays — a small but meaningful gesture that helps bring comfort, care, and a sense of community during a time that can feel especially difficult.
