The YEE (Youth Empowerment for Employment) Program is designed to help youth ages 15–30 turn potential into real progress.

This isn’t just about landing a job, it’s about building confidence, gaining hands-on experience, and developing the practical life and employment skills needed to move forward with purpose. It’s about having guidance, mentorship, and real support every step of the way.

Through a combination of mentorship, skill-building, and real-world learning opportunities, we help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

This is part of Family Fuse’s “It’s Not Okay When You Say…” campaign, which highlights everyday comments and assumptions that may seem small, but can contribute to larger patterns of bias and impact how Black individuals and families experience the world.
