STRONG GIRLS (brought to you by the GOALS program) invites you to GOALS second annual Dare 2B Challenged Fitness Event for Girls and Women.

Lots of great swag, free prizes, free food AND a 90-minute outdoor fitness session as a BONUS event!

Proceeds go to GOALS, a non-profit organization bringing you these fun fitness movement programs like STRONG GIRLS.

Dear Strong Girls Family,

With a heavy heart, we regret to inform you that tonight's session, our final session has unfortunately been cancelled due to poor weather conditions. 😔

We are so sad about this news, as we were really looking forward to delivering an amazing fun and exciting final session with our girls.

The safety of our Strong Girls, is our top priority, and though we would have liked to continue with tonight's session the programs have been cancelled throughout Windsor this evening as it is too risky for families to travel due to road conditions.

We would like to again, thank the families for your support and kindness throughout this journey, and most importantly we would like to thank our girls for everything they have contributed to this experience. Please give them a big big warm hug from us coaches.

First of all, thank you so much for your patience as we waited to get into the building. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We had such a blast playing games and doing pilates with instructor Jade. 💖 !

We are so excited to see you tomorrow night for Instructor Annie's session! With GALENTINES DAY coming up, we encourage you to wear pink tomorrow 💓 Annie has some themed games and activities planned for you! 💪
