Brief update to say our class action lawsuit is still active!
Both sides have agree to pause the proceedings until the CUPE 543 grievance/arbitration have concluded.
We have learned that offers have been made by the City of Windsor to some of our members that are also 543 members. To our knowledge, all of such paltry offers have been rejected.
We continue to stand strong!
