Costco will be conducting interviews on the spot, and some qualified applicants may receive employment confirmation the same day. Walk-ins are welcome, but applicants who apply online in advance will receive priority for interviews.

Who can apply?
✔ Indigenous youth and young adults ages 18–34
✔ Must live in Ontario
✔ Currently unemployed or underemployed
Program format
💻 100% online
📅 Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EDT)
📌 Fridays: Self-directed learning activities
Program dates
🗓 July 6 to August 28, 2026(8-week training program, 30 hours per week)
Compensation
💰 Participants receive a training allowance based on attendance & participation (max. of 240 hours)
💵 Paid at the current Ontario minimum wage per hour

Due to the high level of interest, only emails received "on" May 11th, 2026 will be entered into a draw to be randomly selected to participate. The names drawn will be contacted on Tuesday, May 12th.
Eligibility criteria: Indigenous (Status card will be required); 16 – 35 years of age; and residing / operating their business within our service delivery area.
