On Saturday we hosted our annual Program Assistant training workshop. This brings our PA volunteers all together to learn about how to assist our PreCans, CanSkaters, and PreStars out on the ice throughout the season. We are so grateful for the many WSC STARSkaters who have volunteered for this season in order to give back to the club by sharing their joy for skating with new skaters!

TWO DAYS UNTIL CANSKATE STARTS!

There’s still a few spaces left in some of our programs - don’t forget to register!

Our PreSTAR skaters had their very first assessment tonight and it was such a big success! Many skaters earned ribbons and there were even a few badges given out. Every single skater worked super hard and we can’t wait to see what they learn over the coming weeks to show off next assessment day!

Today’s assessment session was also made super special as we had a PreSTAR skater graduate! Congratulations to Hannah on a well deserved Stage 6 badge. We can’t wait to watch you continue on with our STARSkate program and see all you accomplish! Welcome to STAR Hannah!
