On behalf of our Mens Shed we would like to thank everyone involved in creating a warm and welcoming event. Liam Maguire for a great talk, Greg's Quality Meats and Dempster's for the fabulous BBQ, Men’s Sheds Canada and Men's Sheds Ontario for the support and ideas and all of our fabulous volunteers for helping to create such a great space. We couldn't have done it without you.

The holiday season can be a challenging time for those who are grieving.
We invite you to join us for an evening of reflection and support as we explore ways to navigate grief, honor memories and find comfort during this time of year. The event will be facilitated by Ian Henderson, a grief educator.
