It's almost the weekend! Come out and join us for a run! The trails are beautiful and bursting with colours! We will be exploring the trails on south lakeside, maybe find a golden buckle if we're lucky

Where: meet at Walmart, by the garden centre
When: meet at 9am, run at 9:15am!

Hello followers!! We are in need of some volunteers for our race on June 20th! If you would like to help out we would be more than thrilled to have you!!
We would need your time between 7:30am - 3pm, and we are flexible on job types

In return for your support, we are offering volunteers:
- 1 free post race meal (burgers & drinks, vegan and g/f options)
- 1 free entry to our 2027 race
- entry to a volunteer draw prize!
- lots of hugs and bonus karma points to you!!

Almost time for another Saturday run! We'll be exploring the trails up dog creek for a change of scenery! See stories for directions!

Where: trail head is on dog creek rd, about 5km from hwy 20. Just past ottoman rd.
When: meet at 9, run at 9:15
