Mental health matters every day, not just on World Mental Health Day.
October 10 is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that access to mental health care and support should be part of everyday life, not something we only think about when things become overwhelming.
At Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin, we want youth ages 12–24 to know that support is available, whether you're going through a difficult time, have questions about your mental health, or simply need someone to talk to.
Our free, confidential services include:
• Drop-in counselling – Talk with a counsellor about what's on your mind.
• Peer support – Connect with someone who understands through lived experience.
• Drop-in doctor – Get support with your health and wellness.
• Wellness groups – Build connections, explore new skills and support your well-being.
• A place to connect – Spend time at Foundry, explore resources and find support that works for you.
