Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin Foundry centres are innovative hubs that support the health and wellness of youth aged 12-24 and their families.

We will offer free and confidential health and wellness resources, connections, services and supports. The lead agency, the Cariboo Chilcotin Child Development Centre, will unite 18 local partners to transform access to care. A little colour is making its way around the community!

Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin and the CDC have been delivering decorated golf balls to local daycares and community partners, along with invitations to try out the new golf ball run at the Williams Lake Community Garden.

The golf balls have been decorated by staff and clients, and deliveries will continue over the next couple of weeks. We’re excited to see where they end up and how they get used.

If your child or youth-serving organization would like some golf balls for your group, let us know and we’ll do our best to include you in an upcoming delivery.
And if one of our decorated golf balls has already landed at your organization, we’d love to see where it ends up!

TUESDAYS at Foundry!

Looking for something fun, creative, or just a reason to get out of the house on a Tuesday? Come hang out at Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin! Youth ages 12–24 are welcome to drop in and take part in any of these weekly groups:

Mask Carving | 3:30–5:30 PM
Get creative and explore mask carving in a welcoming, hands-on setting. All experience levels are welcome — no experience necessary!

Bannock Making | 3:30–5:30 PM
Mix, knead, share and eat! Come spend some time together making and enjoying bannock.

Game Night | 3:00–5:00 PM
Take some time to play and enjoy games together in a fun and relaxed setting.

Foundry is at the Williams Lake Farmers Market today!

We’ve got our booth set up at Kiwanis Park and would love to see you. Stop by, say hi, meet some of the Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin team, and learn a little more about the services and supports available for youth ages 12–24 and their families.

There’s lots happening at the market today, so come wander through, check out the local vendors and community organizations, and make sure you stop by the Foundry booth while you’re there!

Live Out Loud is bringing karaoke, dancing, music, and community to the Central Cariboo Arts Centre tonight.

Take the mic and sing your favourite song, hit the dance floor, cheer on your friends, or just come enjoy the music. You definitely don’t have to perform to be part of the fun.
