Are you struggling with the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) process?

Inclusion Yukon is hosting an information session with Disability Alliance Canada (DAC) to help Yukoners better understand the Disability Tax Credit, its benefits, and how to apply!

People with disabilities often face higher costs of living, and the DTC can help individuals and families access important financial benefits, including additional income supports.

Join us to learn more about the DTC, associated benefits, and practical steps for navigating the application process. This session is open to people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, service providers, and anyone interested in learning more!

HAPPENING AT 6:15 pm TODAY! Everyone Welcome.

YOUR CHANCE TO GIVE FEEDBACK TO THE YUKON EDUCATION REVIEW PANEL - Thursday October 8th at 6:15 pm on zoom.
As you may be aware the Minister of Education has established an independent review panel to review the work of the Department of Education. The review will look at how the department supports learners, families, and educators across the Yukon, as well as those accessing post-secondary and adult learning supports. The panel will identify what is working well and where improvements can be made. The goal of the review is to ensure the Yukon’s education system from kindergarten to Grade 12 and beyond is fair, responsive and meets the territory’s educational needs.

A session has been set up so that the Autism Yukon community may meet with panel members - Thursday October 8th at 6:15 pm. This is a great opportunity to meet with the panel and provide your feedback and suggestions, as this review will impact how the Department of Education supports learners in the future.
The zoom details for the consultation are below. We are doing it on zoom so that all, across the Territory, may join this important conversation. Registration is not required but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
