Each month, we will explore practical strategies, share experiences, and build skills that help us respond to the diverse strengths and needs that 𝘢𝘭𝘭 children bring to our programs.

📣Free Workshops are Back📣
ELPS is back with our ongoing professional development series around inclusion and equity.

Join us in September for 𝑅𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠: 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑔𝑢𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐶𝑜𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑒𝑟𝑠, a practical workshop for early childhood educators focused on navigating differences, strengthening workplace relationships, and building a supportive team culture where everyone feels heard and able to contribute.
