Joe Lyons-Rising is the new Executive Director of the Greater Stouffville Chamber👏

The Greater Stouffville Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Lyons-Rising as its new Executive Director, effective March 1, 2026.

Joe brings over 25 years of extensive experience in strategy, analytics, community engagement, and business management. As a well-known local entrepreneur, business owner, bestselling author, and advocate for mental health and workplace well-being, he has been actively involved in the Stouffville community for many years. His leadership was previously recognized with the Chamber’s “People & Professionals” award in 2023.

This appointment comes at an exciting time as the Chamber begins its new fiscal year. We are confident that Joe’s expertise and community-focused approach will drive meaningful impact and support for our member businesses and the broader local economy.
