They say it takes a village, and that truly applies to every facet of life.
Anyone who knows me knows that asking for help doesn’t come naturally. In many ways, it’s both one of my greatest strengths and one of my greatest weaknesses. I never want to let anyone down, and as a perfectionist, I like to have my hands on every aspect of my business to ensure my clients receive the very best care.
A few months ago, life threw me a curveball with the loss of my sister. During that difficult time, I realized I wasn’t able to serve my clients in the way they deserved.
Without hesitation, my colleague stepped in.
She took the time to understand exactly what my clients were looking for, checked every box on their wish list, cared for them as I would have, and ultimately helped them find this incredible home. Most importantly, she made their homeownership dreams a reality.
Moments like these remind me how fortunate I am to be surrounded by amazing colleagues who not only have my back, but who genuinely care about the people we serve. Knowing my clients were in such capable and caring hands brought me tremendous comfort during a very challenging chapter.
